About Us

Scotia Fair Trade is a Glasgow-based internet shop that promotes goods made by small-scale and marginalized producers in Africa, Asia and South America. We offer a wide range of fair trade products which include natural skin care products and soaps, pure essential oils, incense, jewellery, clothing accessories, crafts, handmade gifts and greeting cards. Our products are sourced either directly from members of the World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO), the Fair Trade Federation, or from BAFTS-registered importers.

Memberships

Scotia Fair Trade is a member of BAFTS (the British Association for Fair Trade Shops). BAFTS is a network of independent fair trade shops across the UK. This organisation promotes fair trade retailing in the UK, seeks to raise the profile of fair trade on the High Street and provides a point of contact and communication for the exchange of ideas amongst their members.
