- In burners and vaporisers: Use to relieve respiratory problems, hangovers, and mental and physical tiredness.
- As a blended massage oil: Add up to 10 drops to 20ml of carrier oil for muscular aches, cramps, pains and spasms, stiff neck, overwork, rheumatism, arthritis, colds, constipation, diarrhea, coughs, bronchitis, back pain, scalp disorders, sinusitis, mental fatigue and physical tiredness.
- In creams and lotions: Add 5 drops to 20ml of cream or lotion to improve blood circulation. Useful as an astringent tonic for oily skin.
- In baths: Add 5 drops to a warm bath to improve circulation and stimulate sore and stiff muscles.
- In shampoos: Add 5 drops to 20ml of unscented shampoo or conditioner to rejuvenate hair and scalp. Rosemary oil will help thinning hair as it stimulates blood supply to hair follicles.
- In hair rinses: Add a few drops to a hair rinse to bring a shine to dark hair.
